Acceptance of Price Quote Project Terms: By accepting the price quote provided by Digital Innovation Media, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Digital Innovation Media and Wix.com: Upon acceptance of the price quote, the client agrees that the project will be subject to digital innovation media and will be hosted on the Wix.com platform as part of the package or quote.

Hosting Plan and Project Completion: The hosting plan, included in the package or quote, will be activated within 45 days from the acceptance date. In the event that there is no completion of the project or there is a delay in the client's response, the hosting plan will automatically expire.

Hosting Retain After 45 Days: If the client wishes to retain the hosting plan after the initial 45-day period, a late payment fee will be charged. This fee cannot be deducted from the invoice paid for the project and must be paid separately.

Project Continuation and Additional Costs: The continuation of the project beyond the initial phase is subject to the internal team's final approval. If the project requires additional work or features, it may be subject to additional costs. Any such costs will be communicated to the client for approval before proceeding.

Modification of Terms: Digital Innovation Media reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client in writing, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the project and its deliverables shall remain the property of Digital Innovation Media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all project-related information, data, and communications confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

Termination: Either party may terminate the project for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. In such cases, any work completed up to the termination date shall be paid for by the client.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India,Kerala. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India, Kerala.

By accepting the price quote, the client affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If there are any questions or concerns regarding these terms, the client is encouraged to contact Digital Innovation Media for clarification before accepting the price quote.''

General Terms and Conditions - Digital Innovation Media

1. Quotes and Acceptance: All estimates and quotes are based on your requirements and given time-frame. Changes to functionality may incur additional costs. Acceptance can be verbal, by email, payment of Initiation, or signing a quote.

2. Clear Requirements: Clients must provide clear guidelines and details. Any discrepancies due to unclear requirements may lead to additional costs.

3. Complexity and Changes: Advise any complexity in advance for costing purposes. Changes during development or after approval may incur additional charges.

4. Timelines and Delays: We strive to complete projects on time. Reasonable delays due to redefined functionalities are accepted. Delays at the client's end may incur additional costs.

5. Bugs and Rework: Reported programming errors do not attract additional charges. Rework on completed tasks or design changes after approval may incur additional costs.

6. Content Submission: Provide website/application content within the first two weeks. Delays may incur additional charges.

7. Testing and Compatibility: We test on specific browsers and devices. Additional testing on other browsers or devices may incur additional charges.

8. Third-Party Components: Costs of third-party components are not included in quotes. We are not responsible for open-source products.

9. Ownership and Copyright: Software codes are copyrights of Digital Innovation Media. Ownership transfer is possible at an additional cost. Codes cannot be resold or duplicated.

10. Hosting: Hosting charges are separate and must be paid annually. Failure to renew on time may result in service disruption.

11. Maintenance Package: Maintenance packages have specific terms, billed annually, and include basic website hosting and maintenance tasks only.

12. Payment and Refunds: Invoices are to be paid on time. Late payments may incur fees. Refunds depend on the stage of work completed.

13. Disputes and Liability: We are not liable for security breaches or disruptions. Indemnity is provided for breach of terms.

14. Domain: Domain payments must be made in advance. Failure to renew may lead to loss of the domain.

15. Intellectual Property: Digital Innovation Media owns website content. Copyright transfer is possible at an additional cost.
